Aloravita Southwest Grading Activities
Construction Activities:
Excavation and grading activities have begun for the future site of Aloravita Southwest.
Work in mid-April includes rock crushing activities on the east side of the development at the future school site.
In early June, Rummel will begin clearing activities throughout the site on both sides of 83rd Avenue.
Scheduled to begin in summer, drilling and blasting activities will take place to clear the way for future excavation and grading on the west side of 83rd Avenue, north of Happy Valley Road. This effort will begin on the southwest portion of the site, approximately 1,000 feet north of Happy Valley Road, and move north.

Scheduled to begin in Summer 2026, Rummel will work to balance the site which will require transporting materials across 83rd Avenue from one side of the site to the other, as needed, so you may notice increased trucking traffic during these hauling activities.
Once drilling and blasting activities occur, we'll provide additional information on what to expect and planned timeframes or durations that may be helpful to know.
